For summer lessons, we’re excited to introduce a more flexible and convenient way to manage absences and make-up classes! Our updated process gives families greater control while keeping things fair for everyone. 

Beginning June 1st

🔁 What’s Changing:
Previously, MCP tokens could be used by anyone in your family—or even a friend—for a Jungle Play visit. Starting June 1, MCP tokens will only be issued to, and usable by, the student who missed the class. These tokens will no longer be transferable.

✅ What’s New:
To make up for this change and better support summer flexibility, we’re now offering unlimited make-up opportunities for missed classes during June, July, and August! Parents will have the ability to schedule make-up classes directly through the Customer Portal, making the process more convenient and in your control.

Here’s how it works:

• Submit Absences Early:
  Absences must be submitted at least 3 hours before class start time, and must be submitted through the Customer Portal to receive a token.

• Schedule Make-Ups Online:
  Parents can schedule make-up classes up to 3 hours before the class start time. Make-ups are available only when another student has reported an absence in a class. Regular openings are reserved for new enrollments.

• Token Expiration:
  Tokens are valid for 30 days from the date of the missed class.

📌 Other Reminders:

• Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once booked.

• Tokens cannot be extended past their expiration date.

• Students must be actively enrolled to use a token.

• If you’re unable to find a make-up class that works, we’re happy to exchange your make-up token for a Jungle Play pass for the student who missed the lesson.

• Make-ups are not available for Swim Series Camps.

We believe this change provides families more flexibility and control over their schedules while keeping things fair for all participants.
