We’re excited to continue a more flexible and convenient way to manage absences and make-up classes! Our updated process gives families greater control while keeping things fair for everyone.

✅ Make Up Token Policy:

Kids Club is now offering unlimited make-up opportunities for missed classes year 'round!  Parents will have the ability to schedule make-up classes directly through the Customer Portal, making the process more convenient and in your control.  Make Up Tokens can be used solely by the student that missed the class (non transferable).

⚙️ Here’s how it works:

• Submit Absences Early:
  Absences must be submitted at least 3 hours before class start time, and must be submitted through the Customer Portal to receive a token. (Token will automatically be added to your account at the end of the day.) Click here for "How to Submit an Absence".

• Schedule Make-Ups Online:
  Once the absence has occurred, the parents can then schedule make-up classes up to 3 hours before the class start time.  Click here for "How to Schedule a Make Up/ Use a Token".

• Token Expiration:
  Tokens are valid for 30 days from the date of the missed class.

Other Reminders:

• Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once booked.

• Tokens cannot be extended past their expiration date.

• Students must be actively enrolled to use a token.

• If you’re unable to find a make-up class that works, we’re happy to exchange your make-up token for a Jungle Play pass for the student who missed the lesson.

• We believe this change provides families more flexibility and control over their schedules while keeping things fair for all participants.
