Be sure to submit the absence at least 1 minute before the class starts to earn a Class Make Up Token!  If not, it will still qualify for a Missed Class Pass for The Jungle or Adventure Swim Pass for the child that missed the class.

Option 1 (available 24/7)

• Login here

• Click on "My Account"

• Select Child to be marked absent

• Click on "Future Absences" 

• Click the "By Date" button OR if you have multi classes and need to mark 1 click "By Enrollment"

• Click on "Yes" or "No" to the the question of if the absence will span multiple days

               If you chose "Yes", you will need to pick and start and end date (missing multiple days)

               If you chose "No", you only need to pick the day of the absence (missing 1 day)

                If missed just one class, select it after click "By Enrollment"

• Select date or range of dates

• You may leave a comment if you like, but it is not required.

• Click "Submit"
