Cancellations/Refunds

• After booking, any cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (up to 1 week before the start of the series).

• A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the Swim Series canceled within 1 week of the start of the series.

• No refunds will be given once the series week starts.

• No refunds will be issued for shyness or non-participation issues.

• No refunds for incorrect level placement. If you are unsure about your child's level placement please register for a free swim evaluation prior to registering for the series.

• Space is limited, we cannot guarantee class-level transfers.
