What to bring for Gym Camp
Campers should wear socks and clothes that are easy to move in. A leotard is recommended, but not required. Clothes should not have any buckles, zippers or buttons. We do not allow toys, electronics or cards (Pokémon etc.), as these become distractions and would not want them to become lost, broken or stolen.
Campers should have a backpack (with their name on it), a water bottle, a snack and, for younger campers- please pack a change of clothes.

Information and Policies for Mermaid Camp
Here are a few reminders:

Drop off begins at 9:00am and goes until 9:10am

Pick up is by 12:00pm

For any cancellations for camp, we will need to be notified online at Camp Cancel Form to submit your cancellation. Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, up to the week before Camp. Cancellations made within the week leading up to camp are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows made after the start of camp will not receive a refund.

Pack a snack! Due to the short nature of the 1/2 day Mermaid Experience camp, we will have snack time only. Please pack a snack and bring a water bottle each day.

Please pack your child with a water bottle and swimsuit, towel and goggles (recommended).

Please make sure your child has a hair tie for long hair.
-
If possible, please pack an extra set of clothes.

Please be sure to label all of your child's belongings.

Please do not bring any toys or electronics to Camp
Drop Off Instructions:

Bring your child into the facility and stop at the Front Desk. We will check your paperwork and give your child their wristband.

Help your child get their items on the appropriate cart and head to the drop off zone.
Pick-up Instructions:
-
Check in at the front desk. We will verify the pick-up password and hand you a red card
-
Sign out your child on the sign out sheet

Take the red card and go pick up your child from their group.
**Please note that the counselors will not release your child to you unless you give them a red card first. The staff will send you back to the front desk to get a red card if you do not have one. Please understand that this is for the safety of the kids.** -
Help your child gather their things and have a wonderful day!
There is a $5/minute late charge for campers picked up after their designated pick up time.
Camp Information & Policies
Behavior Policy
Students are expected to behave appropriately and to participate in all activities. If a child becomes overly disruptive, a discussion will be had with them about their behavior. If the disruptive behavior continues, the parent will be called to help resolve the situation. If overall behavior does not improve after that, or in any cases of physical assault or flight risk, the child will be sent home and will not be allowed to return to camp the next day. If repeated, they will not be able to attend camp for the rest of week. Refunds will not be administered if this happens.

All cancellations must be made online- thru the regular DROP FORM located on our website here.
After booking, any cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (up to 1 week to start of camp).
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to camps canceled within 1 week of the start of camp.
No refunds will be given once the camp week starts.
No refunds will be issued for shyness or non-participation issues.
If a child is sick or injured, they may receive a full refund with a doctor’s note for any remaining days of camp that week.
