Watch the included video or follow the steps below to schedule a makeup.

• Visit your account page by click here.

• Once you are logged in, Select "Makeups" under your child's name.

• Select "Use Makeup Token" next to the taken you'd like to use.

• Choose the date you'd like to attend.  You can check availability before hand or select different dates until you find one that works for you.

• Select the class you'd like to attend.

• Select "Use Makeup Token"

You're done! 

Reminders:

• Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once booked.

• Tokens cannot be extended past their expiration date.

• Students must be actively enrolled to use a token. If student drops from class before it expires, it can be used for The Jungle.

• If you’re unable to find a make-up class that works, we’re happy to exchange your make-up token for a Jungle Play pass for the student who missed the lesson.

• We believe this change provides families more flexibility and control over their schedules while keeping things fair for all participants.
