✅ Make Up Token Policy:
Kids Club is now offering unlimited make-up opportunities for missed classes year 'round! Parents will have the ability to schedule make-up classes directly through the Customer Portal, making the process more convenient and in your control. Make Up Tokens can be used solely by the student that missed the class (non transferable). If parents run into issues submitting an absence or using make up tokens, staff can assist with both.
⚙️ Here’s how it works:
Submit Absences Early:
Absences must be submitted at least 1 minute before class start time, and must be submitted through the Customer Portal or by phone to receive a token. (Token will automatically be added to your account at the end of the day.) Click here for "How to Submit an Absence".Schedule Make-Ups Online:
Tokens are auto generated at the end of the day the missed class. Once generated, it can be used. Click here for "How to Schedule a Make Up/ Use a Token".Token Expiration:
Tokens are valid for 30 days from the date of the missed class.
Other Reminders:
Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once booked.
Tokens cannot be extended past their expiration date.
Students must be actively enrolled to use a token.
If you’re unable to find a make-up class that works, we’re happy to exchange your make-up token for a Jungle Play pass for the student who missed the lesson or help you look for one that will.
We believe this change provides families more flexibility and control over their schedules while keeping things fair for all participants.
