About the Role
We are adding to our amazing Swim Instructor team! We are looking to add more WaterBabies coaches that are able to teach in the morning, afternoon to evening- and also some availability on weekends! (hours may vary). Hours are flexible! We TRAIN you to teach our program! We also will train you to become a lifeguard!
Applicants should be able to have predictable and reliable attendance! Our pool is a warm 90 degrees- so you will stay warm on the upcoming fall chilly days!

Requirements
The ability to communicate clearly and positively with both adults and kids.
The ability to teach safely
Swim Experience required. We will train you to teach our specific curriculum! Our training hours include in water and on land training (40+ hours) so you feel confident on teaching our program to kids!
Pay: $15.74 – $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.
