Customer Service - Front Desk

About the Role

We are currently hiring to fill a part-time (10-25 hours) Customer Service/Front Desk position. The staff members in these positions are our customer’s first contact with Kids Club. 


Applicants should have an open schedule with flexible hours. We are looking to fill a staff person for afternoon/evening shifts (3:30pm-8:30pm) as well as weekend availability (9-5 Saturdays or 12-5 Sundays).


Job Duties include:

  • Answering phones

  • Checking in customers to classes

  • Registering customers for classes

  • Pro shop sales

  • Recreation play check-ins


All this while providing the highest level of customer service possible. We are a fast-paced environment and looking for someone that is high energy and positive to work with.

Requirements

Requirements include:

  • The ability to communicate clearly and positively with both adults and kids.

  • The ability to learn detailed, complex program information quickly and go on to sell programs/classes/party packages to our customers.

  • The ability to work well under pressure and in noisy, often chaotic situations.

  • Be very computer literate.

  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Pay: $15.74 – $17.00 an hour, depending on experience.
